Terms & Conditions — red444 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and red444 ("red444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the red444 website located at https://red444.bet, including all associated games, sportsbook services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the red444 Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the red444 platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the red444 platform for the purpose of accessing the Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by red444.
• "Platform" means the red444 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated software and services accessible at https://red444.bet.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions in which access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, as determined by red444 at its sole discretion.

To register an Account on red444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold any existing Account on the red444 Platform, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• You have not been self-excluded from red444 or any affiliated gaming service.
• All registration information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission.

red444 reserves the right to reject any registration application, close any Account, or restrict access to the Services at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

red444 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in accordance with its commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and financial integrity. As part of this programme, red444 may at any time request the following documents from any Player:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

• Any additional documentation reasonably required to confirm the source of funds deposited into the Account.

Until KYC verification is completed to red444's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. red444 accepts no liability for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit limit is determined by the selected payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction.

• red444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which red444 accepts no responsibility.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a Player's payment account is denominated in another currency, their payment provider will apply the applicable exchange rate.
• Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where identified, subject to any applicable processing fees.

• Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.
• Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

All Wagers placed on red444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• red444 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino games, provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others.
• Live sports betting markets are subject to pre-match and in-play rules. Odds are subject to change without notice before a Wager is confirmed. A Wager is only confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from the Platform.
• red444 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on incorrect odds arising from a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Wagers and are displayed at the time of placement. red444 may adjust these limits for individual Players at its discretion.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules, Wagers will be settled in accordance with those rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, red444's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

red444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if red444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. red444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for outages arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting red444 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any applicable charges) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

red444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; the Platform determines that the Player is located in a Prohibited Territory; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players. Where an Account is closed by red444 due to breach, any Bonus Funds will be forfeited and real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

red444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. Continued use of the Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms should close their Account before the effective date of the changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and red444 arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting red444 customer support at [email protected]. red444 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, as determined by red444 at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
